Here’s the command I ran to migrate one website to another using ncftp.
ncftpput -u ftp_username -R ftp.new-server-address.com public_html/ /var/www/existing_website_files/*
Unfortunately the new server doesn’t allow for server side unzipping/untarring so the usual method of uploading a tarball and unpacking using a php script didn’t work.
